 Geolocation Disabled

Some features of this application will be limited or may not function without geolocation.


How to enable geolocation:

Internet Explorer:
  • Navigate to the privacy settings menu (Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy tab).
  • Under the Location section, click the Clear Sites button and uncheck Never allow websites to request your physical location.
  • Press the F5 key to refresh the page and you should see a dialog box labeled "hud.gov wants to track your physical location". Select Allow once or Options for this site and Always allow.
Firefox:
  • Navigate to the permissions menu (Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions tab).
  • Scroll down to the Access Your Location section and select the Allow option.
  • Press the F5 key to refresh the page and you should see a dialog box labeled "Would you like to share your location with hud.gov?"
Chrome:
  • Navigate to the location settings (Chrome Toolbar -> Settings -> Show Advanced Settings (bottom of settings) -> click the Content Settings button and then scroll down to the Location section.
  • Select your permission, you can also press Manage exceptions to remove previous permissions or denials for specific sites.
  • Press the F5 key to refresh the page and you should see a dialog box labeled "hud.gov wants to know your location". Click Allow.
Safari:
  • Menu "Reset Safari..." -> check the Reset all location warnings checkbox.
  • Press the F5 key to refresh the page and you should see a dialog box labeled "The site hud.gov wants to use your current location"
Opera:
  • Menu Preferences -> Advanced tab -> Network.
  • Check the box for Enable geolocation.
  • Press the F5 key to refresh the page.
Click OK to continue...
